Orders are generally dispatched within 7 days of ordering. Delivery time takes around 1-3 weeks. I use India Post for all orders.
Refunds/exchanges are offered in case of incorrect product delivery. They may be offered on a case by case basis in case of lost or damaged packages. Please contact me with your order number and photos/videos of your package at axiswilliams.business@gmail.com as soon as you receive it, I'll help resolve the issue based on the circumstances.
I currently don't take custom merchandise orders. But you may drop suggestions of what you'd like to see in future releases :)
Restocks aren't guaranteed and depend on demand and availability (especially for expensive products like acrylics, foil work etc.). Follow my social media for restock and new arrival announcements!
