Because our products are made in limited quantities and handled with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (including shipping, where applicable)

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Minor color variations (colors may vary slightly due to screen differences)

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Orders marked as delivered by the courier

  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
